Club Rules

BFRTC is a family-oriented club. All members and guests are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy, respect, and proper decorum at all times.

Members are encouraged to actively support and promote the well-being, safety, and positive environment of the Club.

1. Operating Hours BFRTC facilities are open Monday to Sunday, 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. All members and guests are expected to observe these operating hours. Play and activities must conclude on or before closing time unless otherwise approved by Club Management.

2. Attire & Footwear Policy Proper attire is strictly required and enforced during play within BFRTC premises and for all Club activities, including tournaments, drills, and open play.

• Shirts and appropriate footwear must be worn at all times while playing
• Sleeveless tops for men are allowed only if they are proper athletic or tennis shirts (e.g., dri-fit or sleeveless tennis wear)
• Cotton sleeveless shirts, house shirts, or similar casual wear are NOT allowed during play
• Approved tennis shoes are required on all courts during play
• Non-marking soles are strongly recommended to protect court surfaces

Failure to comply with the Attire & Footwear Policy may result in denial of court access or suspension of play until proper attire is observed.

3. Etiquette & Conduct BFRTC promotes a respectful and sportsmanlike environment. Members and guests are expected to observe proper tennis etiquette and acceptable conduct at all times.

• Abusive, offensive, or inappropriate language is strictly prohibited
• Throwing of racquets, equipment, or any object is not allowed
• Unsportsmanlike behavior, intimidation, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated
• Noise levels must be kept to a minimum, especially during active play and ongoing matches
• Courtesy and respect must be extended to fellow players, officials, staff, and spectators at all times

4. Cleanliness & Conduct Members and guests are expected to observe clean-as-you-go practices at all times.

• No littering within the Club premises
• Please dispose of trash properly and help keep the courts, sidelines, common areas, and restrooms clean
• Restroom facilities must be used properly and left clean after use
• Smoking is strictly prohibited within BFRTC courts and grandstands

5. Guest Policy A guest fee shall be charged for every guest visit. Guests are encouraged to enter the Club with a sponsoring member.

All guests must comply with BFRTC rules and regulations. The sponsoring member shall be responsible for the conduct of their guest at all times.

Guests must register upon entry and present a valid government-issued photo ID on each visit.

6. Prohibited Items & Conduct The possession of firearms and prohibited drugs is strictly prohibited within BFRTC premises.

7. Board Authority Clause

In the event of any violation of Club policies or tournament regulations, the matter shall be elevated to the Board of Directors for discussion and appropriate action. The Board of Directors reserves the right to deny entry, suspend play, or impose disciplinary measures against any member or guest whose conduct is deemed detrimental to the safety, order, or reputation of BFRTC.
